Consistency is key here, and results are cumulative.  You'll want to be consistent during the first month.  Results last anywhere from 1-3 days.

We recommend 5-20 minutes per treatment. For the first month, we recommend using La Luer® 3-5 times a week.

After you get the results you want, we recommend 2-3 times a week for maintenance. Do not exceed more than one treatment per day.
