At LA LUER, we strongly believe in product quality and our Quality Assurance processes. Each device is subject to rigorous inspection of design, mechanics, and manufacture to ensure it meets the upmost standards. 


LA LUER will replace devices eligible for warranty service with merchandise of equal or better quality. Every new device includes a 60-day money-back guarantee and a one (1) year warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product.

Warranties are only valid for items purchased through authorized sellers returned within the warranty dates, and have a physical product purchase receipt from the location purchased.

This warranty is void if the product has been subject to an accident, misuse, abuse improper maintenance or repair, unauthorized modification, or any other use not found in the printed instructions.

All requests for a refund or warranty replacement must be preauthorized with a Return Authorization (RA) number assigned by LA LUER.
Assigned RA numbers are only valid for 10 business days.


If your product ever has any manufacturing, workmanship defects, we will replace it. Defective devices may be exchanged for replacement under the warranty, within one (1) year of receipt.

We want you to love your order from LA LUER. Devices purchased through or directly fulfilled by have a 60 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, please send an email with your order reference number to within 60 days of purchase. We will provide return authorization and mailing information. Product(s) returned without a RA (Return Authorization) number will not be accepted.

Please retain your proof of purchase, as it is required for all refunds and returns.  Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected. Please allow seven business days to inspect your device.

Returned product must be in good physical condition (not physically damaged or broken) and in original packaging. All accessories, printed material originally included with your product must be included with your return. If these terms are not followed, we can deny your refund.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt. We will pay for your return shipping (for territories within the US only). Once your return is confirmed, we will send you a return label.  A 15% restocking charge will be assessed for the return.

We are only able to issue refunds for LA LUER products purchased (or fulfilled directly) from If purchased from a third party retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy. We cannot process third party returns.

LA LUER does not permit the return of, or offer refunds for:
- Products purchased new from unauthorized distributors, or through unauthorized distribution channels
- Products purchased past 60 days
- Damages due to misuse, improper maintenance or repair, using alternate voltage source, or unauthorized modifications.
- LA LUER devices used with any conductive medium other than those supplied by LA LUER
- Products returned without an authorized receipt
- Shipping Charges: original shipping charges are non-refundable
