RETURN FOR REPLACEMENT
Defective devices under the warranty may be exchanged for repair or replacement.


RETURN OF PURCHASE
We want you to love your order from LA LUER. Devices purchased directly through www.laluer.com have a 30 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, please send an email with your order reference number to hello@laluer.com within 30 days of purchase. We will provide return authorization and mailing information. Product(s) returned without a RA (Return Authorization) number will not be accepted.

Please retain your proof of purchase, as it is required for all refunds and returns.  Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected. Please allow seven business days to inspect your device.

Returned product must be in good physical condition (not physically damaged or broken) and in original packaging. All accessories, printed material originally included with your product must be included with your return. If these terms are not followed, we can deny your refund.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt.  Once your return is confirmed, we will send you a return label.  A 15% charge will be assessed for the return.

Please Note: It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. LA LUER does not assume responsibility for any lost or damaged products during shipping. Send via an insured method & forward tracking details to hello@laluer.com.

We are only able to issue refunds for LA LUER products purchased (or fulfilled directly) from www.laluer.com. If purchased from a third party retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy. We cannot process third party returns.

LA LUER does not permit the return of, or offer refunds for:
- Products purchased new from unauthorized distributors, or through unauthorized distribution channels.
- Products purchased past 30 days.
- Damages due to misuse, improper maintenance or repair, using alternate voltage source, or unauthorized modifications.
- LA LUER devices used with any conductive medium other than those supplied by LA LUER.
- Products returned without an authorized receipt.
- Shipping Charges: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
